American Legion Chili Cook-off
The first annual American Legion Chili Cook-Off will be hosted at the Cookeville Community Center on Saturday, March 19, 2022. The event is from 8am – 2pm. Registration and cooking begins 8am – 11am. The entry fee is $40 and both first and second place winners can expect to take home cash prizes! Tasting bowls are only $5.00 so bring your appetite!
Spring Rotary Tournament
The Cookeville Rotarians will be hosting a weekend long soccer tournament at the Putnam County Sports Complex on Saturday and Sunday April 2-3, 2022. Come out to the Sports Complex for some great soccer, concessions snack and treats, and vendor items such as t-shirts, soccer balls, and more!
UCUSC Soccer Clinic
Upper Cumberland United Soccer Club is hosting a soccer clininc in Monterey at the old Uffleman Football practice field next to Save A Lot on March 5 from 10am-12pm. Bring some water and tennis shoes to have a great day! This event is not hosted through Parks and Rec so all questions and sign ups should be directed to Jeremy Govero at jgovero21@gmail.com
Paddles of Putnam Tournament
Paddles of Putnam Pickleball Tournament will be hosted at the Cookeville Community Center Tennis Courts on Saturday and Sunday May 21-22. Times and registration details TBA.
